Opening Ceremony: Important Considerations
The Opening Ceremony will be held from 19:30 to 21:30 on October 11 at Liaocheng Gymnasium.
- All delegations shall arrive at Liaocheng Gymnasium at 18:50.
- All delegations must wear the official delegation uniform.
- Delegations must not bring any university or national flags, or any other ethnic, cultural, or religious symbols or items.
- Bags and sports equipment are strictly prohibited. Only phones and cameras are allowed.
- All elegation members are required to attend the Opening Ceremony and participate in the march pass. Each delegation will be led into the venue by a delegation name placard, while the country/region name placard will be carried by volunteers.
